Outdoor Education Registration
We are looking forward to hosting your school this year! Camp Ocean Pines offers a fantastic outdoor education experience.
Registration is simple. Follow these steps:
1. Call the camp (805-927-0254) to see if your ideal dates are available! Dates can be guaranteed up to one year in advance.
2. Interact with the program director to determine the scope of your program, whether standard or custom. Check our Rates pages for prices. We provide:
- 3 day, 2 night program
- 4 day, 3 night program (ideal for 3-day weekends)

3. Reserve your dates with a $100 non-refundable registration fee and a signed contract (see below). This fee can be paid over the phone with a credit card, and the contract can be downloaded here and faxed back to camp (camp fax: 805-927-2610). Your dates cannot be guaranteed without a contract and the registration fee.
4. School Visit. Our staff will come to your school to make a presentation to your students and/or parents. This can be a team building event, a video presentation and Q&A session, or a strategy session for the teacher. We are here to serve you and make outdoor education a wonderful experience.
5. Forms. Camp Ocean Pines is accredited by the American Camp Association, and strives for high standards. The following forms will be sent to teachers in an information packet once the contract is received. Please forward completed forms to the camp office prior to your field trip.

6. Finances. Raising money can be a hassle or an important learning experience for your students! We can help you with fund raising ideas. We prefer payment in advance (1/2 by 90 days, 1/2 by 60 days), but if your money comes from district funds, we can work with your purchase order system.
