Summer Camp Registration

Online Registration is now available!

To register and pay online using PayPal, first open, print, and fill out the health forms below. Then, complete the online registration process. The health forms need to be mailed or faxed to Camp Ocean Pines.

Registration by Phone, Mail or Fax

Summer is fast approaching, so if you want to register by phone, call us at (805) 927-0254.  You will still need to open, print and fill out the following forms.  You can FAX or mail them to Camp Ocean Pines.  Our FAX number is (805) 927-2610 (if that line is busy, as it frequently is, feel free to call us to make sure we get your FAX).

Important forms that must be completed after registration. (Health Forms must be received by camp two weeks prior to camp session)

• Health History Form 1 (Must be filled out for all campers yearly)
• Health History Form 2 (Must be signed by a licensed health personnel every two years)
• COP Permission and Waiver Form
