Summer Camp Registration
To register for one of the Summer Camp events, please follow the instructions below.
Online Registration is now available!
To register and pay online using PayPal, first open, print, and fill out the Health History and Examination Form. Then, complete the online registration process. The Health History and Examination Form will need to be mailed or faxed to Camp Ocean Pines.
Registration by Phone, Mail or Fax
Summer is fast approaching, so if you want to register by phone, call us at (805) 927-0254. You will still need to open, print and fill out the following two forms. You can FAX or mail them to Camp Ocean Pines. Our FAX number is (805) 927-2610 (if that line is busy, as it frequently is, feel free to call us to make sure we get your fax)
