Cancellation policy: Every summer camp session is planned in advance. We purchase equipment & supplies, make reservations and hire staff based on registrations. Therefore, there are no refunds or rebates for other summer sessions for cancellations made later than May 15, 2008. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $50 charge.
